If you are not entirely satisfied with a product that you have purchased and received, please note the following refund and returns policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for a total of 30 days. If it has been 30 days or more since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, free from defects and in the same condition that you received it in. This includes any original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards

      • Downloadable software products

      • Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are unable to include this in the returned parcel, please email your proof of purchase to info@bentaskerflooring.co.uk.  

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where a refund will be refused or only partial refunds will be granted:

        • Items with obvious signs of use.

        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved your full refund will be processed, and a credit of the same amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you are yet to receive a refund, first please check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. This is usually a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

      If you have done all of the above and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@bentaskerflooring.co.uk.

      Sale items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refunds are not applicable to items that have been purchased in sale. 


      We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@bentaskerflooring.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and send your item to: Ben Tasker Interiors, Units 13-15 Station Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire. LN11 0JT.


      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you as soon as possible.

      If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they can enquire about your return.

      Shipping returns

      To return your item, you should mail your item to: Ben Tasker Interiors, Units 13-15 Station Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire. LN11 0JT.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      In regard to exchanges, the time it may take to receive a replacement product will vary depending on your location.

      If you are returning high value items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping.
