Shipping / Returns

 

Standard or Large Parcels 2-4 days

Smaller home ware and accessories will be delivered by Parcelforce or Royal Mail at a cost of £4.95 or £15.00 for larger items.  We use a trackable service with delivery usually between 2-4 days.  Standard delivery is classed as Monday – Friday with exception of Bank Holidays.  You will be notified via email as well as text message from the carrier with tracking details.

Express Delivery 1-2 days for orders placed before 1pm

Smaller home ware and accessories will be delivered by Parcelforce or Royal Mail at a cost of £7.50 or £25.00 for larger items.  We use a trackable service with delivery usually between 2-4 days.  Standard delivery is classed as Monday – Friday with exception of Bank Holidays.  You will be notified via email as well as text message from the carrier with tracking details. Not available to Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Saturday Delivery for orders placed before 1pm Friday prior

Standard Parcels only,  your order will be delivered by Parcelforce at a cost of £15.00 this will be a tracked service sent the next calendar Saturday. Not available to Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Click & Collect from our Louth Showroom

Click & Collect orders will be avilable for collection from our Louth showroom the following day after 11am. Showroom opening times are |Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Saturday 10am – 4pm No delivery charges apply to this service.  Please have your order number ready when collecting.  All Click & Collect orders will be held for 2 weeks, if not collected within 4 weeks your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Scottish Highlands are classed as areas with the following postcodes : HS,IV,KA,PA,PH and TR –  Isles of Wight postcodes beginning with PO.

Returns

To return your item, you should mail your item to: Ben Tasker Interiors, Units 13-15 Station Estate, Louth, Lincolnshire. LN11 0JT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In regard to exchanges, the time it may take to receive a replacement product will vary depending on your location.

If you are returning high value items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping.
